Do you struggle with feeling controlled or constrained by your partner’s requests, or do you make requests that your partner feels are controlling? Are you hoping there’s a way to bring order to the chaotic universe of open relating…without sacrificing anyone’s autonomy?

In this class, you’ll learn how to decrease conflict and increase intimacy by making agreements that honor both personal autonomy and interpersonal connection. We will cover how to identify underlying needs, why agreements are more effective than rules, why things like “sunset” clauses can reduce resentment, and what you can do when an agreement is broken.

She knows that consciously created relationships can be extremely rewarding, and they can also be extremely challenging!
